The Big 21!!!

Julie is offically an adult today!!! CRAZY! She used to be just my cute little sister that would come visit me and I thought would never seem grown up but lets face it she has things more together than I do. But I'm okay with it in the way that I have someone to look up to! I really do admire this girl and want to be more like her. So far everone in my ward thinks I'm younger than Julie (bless their hearts) so I guess since Julie is now 21 they must think I'm about 19. But Happy Birthday Julie I LOVE YOU!!!

Dang good movie.

Julie and Jenni and I went and saw this movie the other day. I thought it would be good but had no clue how much I would LOVE it. All 3 of us were crying our eyes out. It was sad but also so happy and it just made you leave with a happy feeling of hope but was seriously such a tear jerker!! I would say it is a MUST see! I didn't see one man in the whole theater but it was so good I bet they would like it too!

The small things in life....

So the other night we had NOTHING to do so we went over to my friend Krista's house and rode her nephew and neice's 3 wheeler things. You just sit on them and turn the wheel and they go! They are amazing little things. The first night we just rode around the kitchen but the next night we went outside and rode them down the street, and that was so much fun!!! I didn't take pictures of that because we were on dates and that is weird to take pictures on a first date!! So sorry ya only get the pic's of the boring stuff! Sorry Jenni was in the there too but she was the picture taker!! We were just lucky they held up after a bunch of adults were riding them!

Blowing Bubbles...

The other day my Uncle John got married and we were all going up there as a family and while we were waiting for everyone to get together we blew bubbles with Myla. She LOVES them!!!!

Oh SO SO Many years ago!!

1. Did you date someone from your school? Yes Not during High School but after.
2. What kind of car did you drive? Oh an ugly tan ford truck, a white izuzu truck, and my mom's old ugly boat of a car we all called Titanic.
3. Did you pass your driver's license test on the first try?Of course I did I grew up in a SMALL town we all drove before we were legal.
4. Were you a party animal? I'll plead the 5th on that...
5. Were you considered a flirt? No, well depended on how comfortable I was with the people I was with.
6. Were you in a band, orchestra, choir? No I wasn't talented.
7. Were you a nerd? Oh I sure hope not!
8. Were you on any varsity teams?No, I wasn't really very coordinated.
9. Did you get suspended/expelled? Nope.
10. Can you still sing the fight song? No I don't think we had one.....well that I know of I guess.
11. Who were your favorite teachers? My senior year it was Coach Southwick cause there were 3 of us in his class and he was so relax about everything it was GREAT!!
12. Where did you sit during lunch?I don't remember sitting much we just wandered around.
13. What was your school's full name? Wayne High School!!!
14. School mascot and colors? Badgers (and yes they are very mean animals) Purple and gold.
15. Did you go to Homecoming?Oh we were 1A no homecoming for us.
16. If you could go back and do it all again, would you?No, I mean I loved high school, I had tons of fun, but I'm glad I'm gone.

18. Where did you go your senior skip day? Well we didn't have that either. There was a senior trip to California but I didn't go, I had other plans.

Myla's Mishap!

This is my cuttest little niece ever and she seems to think she is unbreakable but sadly enough she was proven wrong. She fell off her bike and broke both bones in her little arm! She hasn't been slowed down by it at all and is decorating her own cast with orange crayons!

Happy Very Late 50th Birthday!!

So on Aug 1 my mom turned the big 50!! Julie and I went down that morning and surprised her and made her breakfast and just hung out with her all weekend. We took her and my grandma to Richfield to lunch and to get the 4th Twlight book and we stuck around Sunday to hear her give her lesson in R.S. She did GREAT!!! But anyway we forgot to take pictures all weekend except this one when she and I were in the car together, Oops!!! And she'd pretty much kill me if she knew I posted this but what do I do its the only one I have for the weekend!!

It's Official!!!!

Well I am moving to Logan Utah, a town I never knew was even there till I drove through it to go to Bear Lake (one of the funnest little vacation's I've been on thanks again Jen Scott!!) and now I am moving there for school. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time cause I am going alone!! It is like the first time I moved away from home all over again, with no friends and no idea where things are in the town and stuff. I am going to miss my family here so so much and my friends and the comfort of being where I am comfortable, I will be able to visit Jody more now though!!! I think the worst part is going to be finding ANOTHER job, I HATE looking for a job!!!!!

Denali Alaska!!

Krista, Kevin, Brett and I got to go up to Denali for 3 days for a "group honeymoon" (from the looks we got from everyone and all our pictures look.) from work. It was the best ever cause we got to do more than $1500.00 worth of stuff for less than $200.00, there are blessings that come from working for the tourist industry. We got to stay in these fun little cabins for free and eat every meal for free. I'll start out with our rooms and then just show the rest of our vacation!! It was really what has made me enjoy Alaska!!!

Huskey Homestead!!!

This was one of the funnest things we did, I know it seems weird but it was. We got to hold puppies and then Jeff King has won the idiarod (spelling?) 4 years in a row. He showed us and told us how they train their dogs and how they choose what dogs to take out. How much it costs to feed all the dogs and how they choose the names for them. He also had someone come in in this snow outfit that they have to wear out there and it was so much you couldn't even see the person in it. He loves those dogs so much. They were so nice and seriously it is quit a sport what he does!!!

Dinner Theater Night.

This was an old time dinner theater that they fed us and sang and danced. It was family style so we sat with people we didn't know and had to use all our dinner manners like please pass and thank you and all that good stuff. It was pretty fun. There was this lady that if you put a dollar up over someone's head and said here kitty kitty kitty she would come kiss them on the cheek or if it was a girl a boy would come kiss them. We got Krista and Kevin Kissed.....

ATV Rides!!

We got to go riding ATV's for one of the things and Krista and I loved our tour guide Tony, he is from Bolgaria and we work with a lot of them on the train and they are honestly the nicest people I have ever in my life met! We got to wear these wonderful yellow outfits to stay dry cause it rains alot up here during the summer. Kev-o decided not to wear one and fell in the river. Krista's made her look like a midget and Brett's made him look like a #2 pencil, and mine made me huge so I'm not sure who got the better end of all of it us or Kevin.

White Water Rafting!!

So this was one of our fun adventures! Not many pictures of it cause the camera would have been ruined and I don't remember the name of the river we went down either. We had to wear these awesome dry suits because the water is only 32 degrees so if one of us fell in we would have froze. There was the oldest lady ever in the raft behind us I was so proud of her for going!!!!!
